The Partnership

Residential Recovery for Men. Family Healing That Actually Works.

Most recovery programs focus only on the individual, leaving the family in the dark. Our partnership changes that. While your loved one rebuilds his life at Recovered and Free, Breaking the Cycle Therapy works directly with you to restore trust and establish healthy boundaries.

  • Men-Only Residential Program (Hubbard, TX)
  • Medically-Integrated IOP & Family Support (Hurst, TX)
  • 12-Step Immersion & Peer-Led Mentorship
  • Advanced Neurological Repair (via Momentum Health & Wellness)

Two Organizations, One Goal

We provide a dual-track system to ensure that when a man returns home, he returns to a healthy, prepared environment.

Treatment For the Client (Recovered and Free): A peer-driven residential program for men struggling with substance use. We believe recovery is best lived, modeled, and practiced daily—not just talked about in a clinical office.

  • Daily 12-Step Immersion: Real-world accountability and brotherhood.
  • Life Skills: Moving from “taking” to “giving” through service and responsibility.
  • Structured Environment: A 90-day core program designed for lasting lifestyle change.

Family Track (Breaking the Cycle Therapy):  We bridge the gap between residential treatment and the home. Family members have the unique option to engage in dedicated therapy sessions and support tracks while their loved one is still in residential treatment, ensuring everyone is growing at the same pace.

The Program Structure & Investment

We offer transparent, private-pay pricing to maintain individualized care without insurance limitations.

Recovered and Free Residential Program:

Recommended for long-term sobriety.

  • 90-Day Investment: $15,750 (Total)
    • Month 1: $6,300
    • Month 2: $5,250
    • Month 3: $4,200
  • 2-Week Jumpstart (Rejuvenate):
    • $3,650 (Focus reset for those needing immediate re-engagement).

Breaking The Cycle Therapy (IOP) & Medical Integration (Momentum Health & Wellness):

While the residential program provides the environment, the IOP provides the biological and psychological tools to sustain it. Our model treats addiction as a multi-dimensional crisis that requires a multi-dimensional solution.

Medical

The Medical Pillar: Powered by Momentum Health & Wellness

Traditional programs often overlook the “brain fog” and physical exhaustion of early recovery. We utilize advanced medical protocols to repair the damage:

  • NAD+ Brain Restoration: We use Intravenous (IV) and booster protocols to replenish cellular energy. This “resets” neurotransmitters, which dramatically reduces cravings and clears the cognitive “fog” that often leads to early relapse.
  • BHRT (Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement): Addiction wreaks havoc on the endocrine system. We target the adrenal crashes common in post-acute withdrawal to stabilize mood, improve sleep, and eliminate the chronic fatigue that makes recovery feel impossible.
  • Weekly Medical Oversight: Every client has a weekly check-in with a Nurse Practitioner to monitor physiological markers, ensuring the body is healing as fast as the mind.

The Peer-Led Pillar: Lived Experience as Medicine

We move beyond clinical theory. All group sessions are facilitated by Certified Peer Recovery Coaches—men and women who have successfully navigated the same path our clients are on.

  • Real-World Application: We don’t just talk about the “Big Book”; we discuss how to apply its principles to jobs, relationships, and daily stressors.
  • Individual Mentorship: Beyond group sessions, every client receives one private hour weekly with their coach to bridge the gap between treatment and real life.
  • High-Touch Accountability: Our environment is one of radical honesty. Clients are supported by a community that knows the excuses because they’ve used them—and knows the way out because they’ve found it.

The Service Pillar: Purpose-Driven Recovery

Isolation is the enemy of sobriety. We reintegrate our clients into the community through active service.

  • Step 12 in Action: In the final phase of the 90-day program, clients transition from “takers” to “givers.” This shift is essential for rebuilding self-esteem.
  • Monthly Community Events: We coordinate group-wide service projects, teaching clients that the greatest reward of recovery is the ability to be of use to others.

The IOP Schedule & Commitment

To achieve these results, we require a 90-Day Integrated Protocol. This commitment ensures that the medical treatments (NAD+/BHRT) have time to take full effect while the behavioral changes become permanent habits.

  • Location: 1241 Southridge Ct. Suite 103, Hurst, TX 76053
  • Inaugural Rate: $450/week
  • Intake: $150 One-time Clinical Assessment

Who We Serve

Note: Candidates must be medically stable (post-detox) and willing to engage in a peer-supported, high-accountability environment.

This integrated model is designed for:

  • Adult men needing structure, accountability, and a 12-step community.
  • Families who are tired of the “revolving door” of treatment and want to heal alongside their loved ones.
  • Individuals who have experienced relapse and need more than just “talk therapy.”
