Children and teens process emotions differently from adults. When life becomes overwhelming—due to trauma, family conflict, addiction in the home, or behavioral struggles—they need support that meets them where they are.

At Breaking the Cycle Therapy, we provide age-appropriate, developmentally informed counseling for children and adolescents. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, grief, school stress, or emotional dysregulation, our therapists help you understand your child’s needs while also equipping you with tools to strengthen communication and connection at home.
