As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I believe growth begins with self-awareness, compassion, and connection. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in empathy. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and purpose.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and have provided counseling to individuals, couples, and families through both in-person and telehealth settings. My training includes a range of evidence-based modalities, to name a few, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Person Centered Therapy. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and cultural or multicultural challenges.
My professional journey has been shaped by a deep respect for human resilience. I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, which has strengthened my commitment to providing trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care.
Before entering the counseling field, I spent over 20 years as a business consultant collaborating with healthcare professionals. That background has enhanced my ability to bring structure, clarity, and strategic problem solving into the counseling space while maintaining warmth and authenticity.
In every session, my goal is to meet you where you are, honor your story, and support you in building a bridge toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.
