I’m a licensed professional counselor who specializes in treating OCD and Eating Disorders, with advanced training through the International OCD Foundation’s BTTI program and NOCD University. I bring a compassionate, structured, and evidence-based approach to therapy—designed to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move through the work of recovery.
Living with OCD, anxiety, or an eating disorder can be overwhelming and deeply isolating. These struggles can take up so much space in your life, leaving little room for peace, joy, or connection. My goal is to help you reclaim that space. I work with individuals and families using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other proven methods that break the cycle of obsessions, rituals, and avoidance—at a pace that respects your needs and strengths.
I believe therapy should be both practical and meaningful. While we focus on the day-to-day tools that support recovery, we also make space to explore deeper questions around identity, purpose, and what it means to live a life aligned with your values. I see my role as a guide: offering clarity and direction while walking alongside you as you face fears, build resilience, and create a life that’s not ruled by anxiety.
You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or simply ready for a change, I’m here to help. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to work with you
