Healing is possible—and you don’t have to walk the path alone.
I’m a compassionate, mission-driven therapist with over seven years of experience in behavioral health, dedicated to walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, or major life transitions, I’m here to support you with authenticity, skill, and unwavering presence.
My clinical work spans across the lifespan and has included roles in residential and outpatient treatment, crisis response, senior care, and rehabilitation settings. I am also trained to work with children, offering developmentally sensitive care to young clients who may be struggling with emotional, behavioral, or relational challenges. Working with children is a special part of my practice, and I believe early intervention and connection can foster long-term healing and resilience.
One of my deepest areas of focus is the family disease of addiction. I understand how addiction weaves its way through generations, families, and identities—and I’m passionate about helping clients untangle that web. Whether you’re in recovery yourself, love someone who struggles with substance use, or are grappling with the impact of generational trauma, I offer a space where healing can take root. My goal is to help you break free from the cycles that have kept you stuck and to empower you to reclaim your story, one step at a time.
I also bring a deeply personal understanding of grief and loss to my work. Having experienced profound loss in my own life, I know that grief can feel isolating, disorienting, and overwhelming. I hold space for those navigating loss—whether recent or long ago—with gentleness and empathy, helping clients move through sorrow while honoring the love and meaning behind their pain.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a deep respect for your lived experience. I meet you where you are, holding space for all that you bring—your strengths, your pain, your questions, and your hopes. Together, we’ll create a path forward that honors your values, culture, relationships, and goals.
I believe in therapy that’s practical, transformative, and accessible. If you’re seeking insurance reimbursement, I offer monthly superbills that you can submit to your provider to help offset the cost of sessions.
Whatever brings you to therapy, know that you’re not alone—and that change is possible. I’m honored to walk with you on your journey toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
